Deliveries And Returns:
Returns:
All products that we supply come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you a full refund (P&P costs are non refundable except in the case of faulty goods) or an exchange for an alternative product or gift voucher.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to return some items, these include:
- As specifically stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs, videos and audio recordings if you have opened the seal.
- Books and magazines.
- Adult toys may be returned as long as the original packaging and any shrink wrap is intact. Used toys are not-refundable. We understand that you may have to open the boxes of adult toys to examine them.
- We cannot accept returns of creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened.
- We're happy for you to try on lingerie and sexy clothing - please keep your own knickers on! You must keep all tags and labels intact. If they are removed, we cannot accept the returned item.
All returns are at the discretion of the company.
Used products cannot be returned. Any returned items that we believe have been used or if any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without prior notice.
Unless items are faulty, you return them to us at your expense.
Every product is checked to be functioning correctly before dispatch. All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working.
If you find there is a problem with a product or you choose to return it with in 14 days pleases fill in the returns slip that we pack with your order and return the goods with all their origional packaging to

Please obtain proof of postage when sending your returned goods as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.
We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return - this usually takes no more than 7 days
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found here.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery:
Most products are held in stock so generally dispatched on the same day providing orders are received before 4pm Monday - Friday. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day by Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery UK.
Delivery to UK mainland addresses, takes 1-3 working days (Subject to Royal Mail). Special Delivery orders will be shipped the same day if order is placed by 4:00pm, Monday - Friday (exc Bank Holidays).
Items not in stock will be sent as soon as we receive delivery or direct from our supplier (typically no longer than 14 days).
These items include;
Books - held with our supplier and can take upto two weeks to order in.
Lingerie - Some of our styles are held with the supplier and shipped to you direct. Providing the item is in the suppliers stock it should take no longer, however if they do not have the item in stock this can take upto two weeks to deliver.
If a product is out of stock we will inform you immediately and give a date when you can expect to receive it.
All packages will need to be signed for. Any package returned to us as 'refused' will be subject to a £5 administration charge. Please note that if you fail to pick up your package from the sorting office within 3 weeks of dispatch, we apologize but we are unable to re-send your order without charging you additional P&P.
We regret that we only ship within the UK at this time.
Once a completed order has been raised online you will automatically receive a complementary email detailing your purchase. Please note nothing can be amended or cancelled at this stage. On the day of dispatch we will inform you via email that your order is on its way with a Royal Mail tracking no.
You can then log onto the Royal Mail website and track your order all the way to your door!
Your order will be shipped in an appropriate sized plain box or jiffy bag with a small return address stamp in plain type (not our logo) with our company name (Candybox Enterprises Ltd) and mailing address. The name is necessary because of possible lost packages or insurance claims for damaged goods.
Delivery is free on orders over £50.00.
Delivery on orders under £50.00 costs £2.95. Next day delivery via Royal Mail special devlivery costs £5.95.
International shipping for countries outside the UK is £12.00.
All prices include tax.
Gift Wrapping:
If you are making a gift purchase for a friend or loved one we can provide a gift wrapping service for only £5. We lovingly pack all your items in a stylish gift box padded with lots of tissue paper. We can even add a special message too. Just email us your message remembering to put "gift message" in the subject header to info@she-nanigans.co.uk
Your order will still be shipped inside a discreet plain packet.
Security And Privacy:
We would like to point out that any information you give us with regards to your personal details will not be disclosed to any person or organization outside of our company. The information we hold will only be used to complete your order and, if you have requested, to send out any promotional information. The information held on our database normally consists of your name, address, phone number and e-mail address and we are happy for you to request a copy of this information at any time. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We do not sell our database to any outside companies and we do not send any junk mail.
We do not retain any payment information anywhere on our system, which is why if you order again and again you will still have to input your credit card details each time. Any credit card payment made through our site is done through PAYPAL which is regarded as one of the safest methods to date. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to PayPal using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, the PayPal server checks that you are using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
