Q; Can I order by phone or fax?
A; We currently can except fax orders. Fax: TBC. Please supply the details of your credit card when you fax your order over. We recommend adding your items to your shopping cart and then printing out the shopping cart page to send as a fax. Phone ordering will be added as a service shortly.
Q; Do you ship to my country?
A; Yes we ship internationally all over the world. Costs for countries outside of the UK are £12.00
Q; Is it safe to submit my credit card information?
A; Yes, any credit card payment made through our site is done through PAYPAL who automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to PayPal using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, the billing company's server checks that you are using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Q; What will it show on my credit card statement?
A; Your card will be billed as Candybox Enterprises Ltd. There will be no indication as to the nature of your purchase.
Q; How can I pay for my order?
A; We accept payments through PayPal who will take credit and debit cards, Master Card, Maestro, Solo and Electron plus Switch and Delta. They also allow direct bank transfers. You may also pay with a cheque or money order. If you elect to pay by cheque, your order will be shipped as soon as your cheque has cleared. When you mail your check, simply include a print out of your shopping cart page.
Q; Who should I contact if I have questions?

Q; Will my delivery arrive with your shop name all over it?
A; Not at all. Discretion is as important to us as it is to you so your order will be shipped in an appropriate sized plain box or jiffy bag with a small return address stamp in plain type (not our logo) with our company name (Candybox Enterprises Ltd) and mailing address. The name is necessary because of possible lost packages or insurance claims for damaged goods.
Q; Is tax included in the prices?
A; Yes it is. What you see on the page is what you pay.
Q: Will you provide any other companies with my details?
A: We do not release any of our customer's details to any other companies.
Q; What is your Privacy Policy?
A; We respect your privacy. When you shop with us, we will ask for personal information such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, product selections, credit card or other payment information. We may also collect information about where you are on the Internet (such as the Web site you came from, IP address, domain types like .co.uk and .com), your browser type, the country where your Internet service provider is located, the pages of our site that were viewed during your visit, and any search terms that you used.
Personal information you provide is used by us only for the following purposes:

Q; What are the delivery costs and options?
A; Delivery is free on orders over £50. Orders under £50 cost £2.95 or £5.95 for next day delivery. International shipping is £12.00
Q; Can my order be gift wrapped?
A; Yes we can gift wrap your entire order for only £5. We will lovingly pack your item in a stylish gift box padded with tissue paper. We can even attach a message of your choice too. Just email us the message to info@she-nanigans.co.uk Dont forget to put "gift message" in the subject box. You will find the gift wrapping option at the check out.
Q; Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
A; Yes you can. Once your order has been dispatched we will mail you with a Royal Mail tracking no. and instructions of how you can login and view the progress of your order.
